Looking back, I realized I was always coaching regardless of my position or title. Coaching and mentoring wasn’t something I intentionally looked to do or even realized I was doing in the moment. It was something I did organically through my leadership roles, and it energized me every time I noticed growth in someone. Coaching literally found me.
My earliest capacity of coaching was inherently part of my hospitality career beginning in 1998 at Four Seasons Hotels. I always put human skills before technical skills, it was this perspective which allowed me to connect, build trust, and create a safe space for my direct reports. This welcomed vulnerability, ultimately opening them up to endless possibilities for professional and personal growth. It was in this moment when my life purpose began to blossom. Today, I define my life purpose as “Empowering others to be a courageous CEO of their life journey.” This is how I live my life, too.
It wasn’t long before I found myself facilitating training (or coaching) programs in front of a room full of people on company culture, guest services, conflict resolution, anticipatory skills, identifying and acting on opportunities in every interaction, and more. The collaboration in the room was always exhilarating! This became a way of life and I experienced the undeniable influence and profound impact our personal lives and professional lives have on each other.
Therefore, I coach the whole person. It’s truly a holistic approach and it’s this perspective which evokes transformation. I believe if you understand and honor your values, great things will happen to you at work, at home, and to the people around you.

Michael Belluomini is a certified professional coach, leadership facilitator, and former luxury hospitality executive who helps people navigate transition, rediscover clarity, and create lives that feel more aligned, intentional, and fully their own.
With a career spanning leadership coaching, real estate, luxury hospitality, and sales management, Michael brings a rare blend of emotional intelligence, strategic thinking, and grounded real-world experience to his coaching work. His path has never been linear—and that is precisely what allows him to connect deeply with people standing at their own crossroads.
Michael is a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC) through the Co-Active Training Institute, one of the world’s most respected coaching and leadership development organizations. His coaching approach is warm, direct, thoughtful, and deeply human—helping clients move beyond performance and expectation to reconnect with who they truly are and how they genuinely want to live.
At the heart of Michael’s work is a deep belief in self-leadership. His purpose is encouraging people to become the courageous CEO of their own life journey—creating lives that feel more aligned, intentional, and authentically their own.
Over the years, Michael has guided individuals through major life and identity transitions involving relationships, career changes, burnout, personal reinvention, confidence, purpose, and self-trust. His clients are often high-capacity people who outwardly appear successful, yet internally feel disconnected, exhausted, stuck, or uncertain about what comes next.
Before transitioning into coaching, Michael spent years in luxury hospitality leadership with brands including Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts and St. Regis Hotels & Resorts, where he became known for creating meaningful human experiences rooted in care, presence, and trust. He later built a successful career in real estate leadership and client advisory throughout Marin and Sonoma Counties, helping families navigate some of life’s most emotionally and financially significant decisions.
Today, Michael’s coaching philosophy centers around one core belief:
“You do not have to abandon yourself in order to build a meaningful life.”
His work blends deep listening, powerful questioning, accountability, emotional insight, and practical action—creating space for clients to slow down, reconnect with themselves, and move forward with greater confidence and clarity.
Whether working with someone navigating personal growth, relationship shifts, career reinvention, or the desire for a more intentional life, Michael’s goal is not to “fix” people. It is to help them come home to themselves.
